Goodbye 2016, Hello 2017!

Happy New Year folks!
Is there a stop date where Happy New Year starts to become unacceptable? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
We've yet to crack this but for now 16th of Jan is perfectly acceptable in our books!
We've had such an unbelievable 2016 that we've rolled into 2017 with our head high and chin up!
We've published four incredible books so far and I'm here to tell you more about them...
In My Baby & Me, Sam invites her
fans, fellow mums or mums-to-be on an unforgettable journey through motherhood.
She opens up about what being a mum is really like - from those treasured first
cuddles and baby's first smile to dealing with dirty nappies while trying to
get your body back into shape and juggling work. It will also include recipes
and exercises for busy mums on the go to stay trim and feel great when
breastfeeding and beyond. Written in her no-nonsense, down-to-earth way,
the book reveals that while having a baby is the best thing that has ever
happened to her, caring for something so small is tough and the pressures put
upon modern day mums can be even tougher.
In The Secret Life of Fat, biochemist Sylvia Tara sheds a
brand-new light on one of the most misunderstood organs of the human body! The Secret Life of Fat weaves
together historical, cultural and medical research into one of the must read
health books of the year. Acknowledging
that we can’t control our fat unless we truly understand it first, this book
will show readers how to: adjust diets according to personal traits, understand
weight set points, eat for your microbiome, use exercise and fasting intervals
to control the burning of fat and use researched mental methods to strengthen
resolve and fight hunger.
In Secret Slave, growing up in a
deeply troubled family, 15-year-old Anna felt lost and alone in the world. So
when a friendly taxi driver called Malik befriended her at the taxi-rank she
helped out at, Anna welcomed the attention and before long found herself
agreeing to go home with him to meet his family. But what Anna didn't realise
as she stepped into the hallway of Malik's home was that she would not leave
that house for the next 13 years...
*adds them all to re-read pile*
